The delivery service we include is a FULL Delivery and Installation service.

Unlike many online companies who only offer either curb-side delivery or a position-only service (no fill). We actually offer not only the delivery of your hot tub, but we locate it, wire it in to your supplied electrical connection and then remain on site until the spa is full and heating. We will also fit your cover and coverlifter and build your steps.

A two man team will offload your Hot Tub from our delivery vehicle and will position your spa in your garden, consulting with you on the way you would like it to be positioned, to make the most of your view or specific location.

Please note that a minimum of 1.2 metre width is required when we are moving the spa (please look out for steps, drain pipes, gates, corners etc, which could impact this 1.2 metres width) Also look out for any height restrictions.
– Please contact us if you are unsure about this, we can either look at supplied pictures / video, or we can offer scheduled FaceTime surveys to assess your access. At this point we will also be able to advise whether a crane is required to lift the hot tub into place. If it is, we can organise a quotation for this for you. 


Delivery Upgrades

  • There are none! With our Full Install Service – our team will wire your spa up (electrics must be pre-installed), we will begin to fill your spa with water and guide you through your chemical kit and water maintenance. Our team will also guide you through on how your spa operates which includes a tutorial on the spa control panel, setting your filter cycles and ensuring your spa is ready to be used. Full Chemical training will follow. 


  • Electrical Installation – We have a fully qualified electrician that we work with on a daily basis who can install your hot tub electrics during our delivery process – please get in touch with us and we will arrange for him to contact you.


  • Crane / Hiabs –  are not included in any of our delivery packages as we use fully insured outside contractors for this. If you suspect that you may need a crane assisted delivery then please contact us for further information and pricing. 

Delivery Costs To UK Mainland

All Prestige Hot Tubs and Swim Spas include our standard delivery and installation within a 40 mile radius from NN12 6GX.  

For delivery outside of this immediate area pleae contact us for pricing. 

On all overseas orders please contact us for specific delivery charges. We can organise shipping / transport with you. 

Delivery Re-Scheduling

If you need to re-schedule your delivery date for whatever reason, you will need to get in touch with us a minimum of 48 hours prior to your delivery date. 

If we are notified later than this point then there will be a cancellation charge of £150 and re delivery scheduling charge of £400. Which will need to be paid prior to delivery. 

If Your Product Is In Stock

If your desired product is in stock you can expect it to be delivered within 5-28 working days to suit you (sometimes this time may increase due to popularity of products and stock levels) and 1-3 working days for most accessories and parts.

Our products will be sent from our warehouse and straight to you. If there are any weather conditions which may affect your delivery (i.e snow / floods) or unforseen traffic related issues, we will contact you to either re-schedule your delivery, at no cost to you, or offer a later delivery slot for that day if applicable.

If Your Desired Product Is Out Of Stock

If your desired product is out of stock you can expect it to be delivered within 8 weeks under normal circumstances, or 14 weeks during high season. Although we will always endeavour to get your product to you as quickly as possible.

We would always prefer to under promise and over deliver.
